Is it a proper studio?
It is a home studio located in the garage. It is not a commercial property. It is equipped with everything needed to make it a functional teaching studio and give you best quality lessons. In the future I may move into a commercial building, but for now both myself and my clients are really happy with this studio. It’s private, comfortable, and an excellent learning environment. I think you will feel the same once you are here.
What to Expect When You Visit
If you arrive early, you can wait in your car until the lesson time. There is plrenty of street parking. I will meet you at the front gate right on time, no need to text or call when you arrive. Once inside, lessons usually run in two parts: we start with the technical stuff, and then move on to the musical side. The lessons are completely tailored to you – let me know if you have any preferences.
What do I need to bring?
No need to bring anything. If you want you can bring a list of music you like, this can help me taylor the lessons for you. Wear comfortable clothes suitable for activity.
Lesson Durations and Payment Options

After your free trial, lessons continue weekly at the same time in a personalised program designed for steady progress and confidence.
Lesson durations are available to suit different ages and goals:
• 15 minutes – ideal for younger beginners
• 30 minutes ($40) – standard lesson length and most popular option
• 45 minutes – recommended for students aged 12+ for deeper focus and faster progress
• 60 minutes – maximum progress and value for committed students
Tuition fees can be arranged in one of the following ways:
1. Pay per lesson at the standard rate
2. Prepay 10 or more weekly lessons and receive a 5% discount
3. Enrol in the direct debit plan and receive a 15% discount (terms below)
Discounted options are designed for students committed to ongoing weekly lessons.

I have created a systematic but flexible method to simplify and structure the technical components of drumming and emphasize creative expression. This creates an enjoyable experience and helps the student achieve their goals.
Lessons are customised to each student and include a good blend of technical and musical components to foster growth and a passion for music.
Lessons are offered for total beginners to advanced levels and can cover a wide variety of musical styles such as rock, pop, jazz, latin, metal, funk, blues, electronic and anything in between.
