I am a working musician and guitar player in the Brisbane area with quite a bit of experience teaching and learning various instruments. 

So when starting drum lessons i had a pretty good idea of what I wanted from them, and wanted to improve on. 

I was after improvement, no matter the method. From day one, Jasper has tailored everything we work at to my goals, and every lesson im left with tired legs and mentally drained, which is exactly what i want, 30 minutes of hard work and improvement.

Our daughter has been learning drums with Jasper for several years, in fact she followed him to Sono from his previous teaching location.  He lets her choose music she likes and drummming styles that interest her. Our daughter experiences performance anxiety but Jasper is always patient and doesn’t push her too far outside of her comfort zone.
